I’ve been accepted as an undergraduate freshman in the school of Arts and Sciences. I’ve heard that the University of Missouri (other than journalism) is not a very good school. I’m not sure what I want to do with my life yet, but I’m interested in journalism. Is it a bad idea to attend the University of Missouri planning on switching majors from Arts and Sciences to Journalism?

I am working on a project for university. I need to think of ways to get students involved in sustainability programs. Some of the programs that are currently in place are recycling, composting, bike workshops.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get more students and staff involved with this programs. Also, does anyone have any suggestions on programs that can help the school be more sustainable.

I have just finished my junior year of high school and would really like to go to Brown University, like most people. I am very smart, but the problem is that I am dyslexic, because of this my GPA is only a 3.1 and slowly rising. My sat score is 570 in reading and 520 in math but I am going to take it 3 more times. I also plan to take the ACT in a week.

I here of dyslexics getting into Brown all the time; but I can’t figure out how with the SAT being such a land mine for dyslexics. Am I doomed or what?

So what a dyslexic to do?
I would like to add that I do have extra time on the SAT and I am looking at some small libary arts colleges like Manhattanville
