Optometry schools look at applicants from many, many schools. As long as you’re in a respectable 4-year program, they won’t care what school it is. They focus more on your GPA, OAT scores, and extra curricular work. There is a lot of math in optometry school. As long as you get past the prerequisites with OK grades, and boost your GPA with your other pre-req classes, you should be fine. They may ask you why you got a lower grade in math in an interview, so you may want to think about an answer to that. Good luck!
