I am working on a project for university. I need to think of ways to get students involved in sustainability programs. Some of the programs that are currently in place are recycling, composting, bike workshops.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get more students and staff involved with this programs. Also, does anyone have any suggestions on programs that can help the school be more sustainable.

I have just finished my junior year of high school and would really like to go to Brown University, like most people. I am very smart, but the problem is that I am dyslexic, because of this my GPA is only a 3.1 and slowly rising. My sat score is 570 in reading and 520 in math but I am going to take it 3 more times. I also plan to take the ACT in a week.

I here of dyslexics getting into Brown all the time; but I can’t figure out how with the SAT being such a land mine for dyslexics. Am I doomed or what?

So what a dyslexic to do?
I would like to add that I do have extra time on the SAT and I am looking at some small libary arts colleges like Manhattanville

Also, is there such a thing as a “bad” university? I mean, you need A levels to get in don’t you?

What are the advantages of going to a good university, other than boasting about it on your CV? Better yet do employers know a good university and would they care or is all that matters, a degree?

what makes a good university? The entry requirements? If the entry requirement are low does that mean it’s a bad university?
